This year I had the pleasure of designing the announcement poster for Sam Ryder's biggest UK headline show to date at Wembley Stadium this November.

During the design process, I explored a variety of different routes with Sam's team that aligned with Sam's aesthetic on a variety of levels - ranging from graphic routes to more classic photography lead options with some modern western influences.

Initial Route Concepts

Combining a few of the key elements from the initial concepts, like the guitar breaking out of the frame, the monotone photography effects and the more orange leaning colour schemes, I created a selection of more refined options as seen below:

Round 2 Designs

Once the route was confirmed from these designs, it was a straight forward process to get the final assets created, the team liked the boarder inside the photo which pushes Sam into the foreground, this required some colour and layout adjustments before final sign off for the design below!
